wake up 11am, spin at 12pm, drank one cup of black coffee and one bottle of pure sport.  one bottle of pure sport recovery after spin class.

lunch: 1 cup hot and sour soup, 1 thai wrap leaving out most of the flatbread it came in, 1 cup black coffee.

snack: some beef jerky, 10 pieces of mrs. may’s ultimate crunch, some pineapple and strawberries.

 

Today’s WOD: teach spin class at pure austin, intervals and time trial workout.
