<p><strong>3:00pm: </strong>buffalo jerky, almonds, dried cranberries. &nbsp;1 cup black coffee.</p>
<p><strong>5:00pm: </strong>almonds and dried cranberries. &nbsp;water.</p>
<p><strong>6:00pm: </strong>spark and arganine extreme into water,&nbsp;muscle strength.</p>
<p><strong>6:30pm: </strong>catalyst.</p>
<p><strong>7:00pm: </strong>Zach&#8217;s spin class @ pure.</p>
<p><strong>8:30pm: </strong>1/2 lb brisket, big ass salad with mixed greens, spinach, onions, sunflower seeds, celery, jalepenos, zucchini, carrots, garlic&nbsp;vinaigrette&nbsp;dressing. &nbsp;some mocha java milk, water.</p>
