woke up at 5:20am.

5:30am: one breakfast taco with egg and cheese.

6:00am: spark and arganine extreme into water.  muscle strength.

6:30am: catalyst.

7:15am: run the austin half marathon.

10:30am: migas, no tortillas, 1/2 strawberry pancake, coffee.

12:00pm: teach spin @ pure.  drank pure sport workout.

1:30pm: meal replacement shake with walnuts and 2% milk.

7:30pm: dinner @ sullivan’s: steak tips, grilled onions, spinach, water, 1 guinness, chocolate cake with ice cream, 2 slices of break.

  • austin half marathon: 1:45:11 — nearly 20 minute improvement from last year!
  • teach spin @ pure.

woke up at 7:30am… still way sluggish from vegas.

7:30am: spark and arganine extreme into water, muscle strength.

8:00am: catalyst.

8:30am: crossfit workshop… yay handstand pushups!

11:00am: burger from p. terry’s.

naps!

4:00pm: mixed nuts from whole foods.

7:00pm: dinner @ uncle billy’s: brisket and jalepeno cheese sausage, mac and cheese, salad.  one beer.

9:00pm – 12:00am: a few drinks.

didn’t go to sleep… just stayed up for an early flight.

5:00am (pacific time): breakfast burrito, coffee.

1:00pm (central time): giant salad with chicken and a bunch of vegetables, mixed berries, green tea.

6:00pm: teach spin @ pure.

9:00pm: dinner @ saba (which i ordered around 8:15, and it didn’t show up until 9).  mahi-mahi, sweet potatoes, some plantains.  2 drinks.  water.

i pretty much just failed to food log this day, so we’re going to skip this day.
