			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>woke up at 6am, soreness set into my hip flexors and calves, but felt better today than yesterday.</p>
<p><strong>6:05am: </strong>spark and arganine extreme, muscle strength.</p>
<p><strong>6:15am: </strong>catalyst.</p>
<p><strong>6:45am: </strong>i am crossfit WOD with Aaron, Brian, and Sam.</p>
<p><strong>8:15am: </strong>3 eggs scrambled with potatoes, bell peppers, onions, sausage, and salsa.  orange juice.</p>
<p><strong>10:45am: </strong>2 cups black coffee, turkey jerky, dried cranberries, and almonds.</p>
<p><strong>12:30pm: </strong>lunch @ pei wei: 1/2 bowl of hot &amp; sour soup, 1/2 plate of chicken lettuce wraps.</p>
<p><strong>4:20pm: </strong>turkey jerky, almonds, dried cranberries.</p>
<p><strong>6:00pm: </strong>nap!</p>
<p><strong>8:30pm: </strong>pizza, guinness, water.</p>
<h4><strong> Today&#8217;s WOD</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Barbara: 38:13 total, 4:16, 5:18, 5:32, 5:21, 5:44.  pull-ups and push-ups started getting difficult, squats were slower than normal.</li>
