woke up at 5:20am.
5:30am: one breakfast taco with egg and cheese.
6:00am: spark and arganine extreme into water. muscle strength.
6:30am: catalyst.
7:15am: run the austin half marathon.
10:30am: migas, no tortillas, 1/2 strawberry pancake, coffee.
12:00pm: teach spin @ pure. drank pure sport workout.
1:30pm: meal replacement shake with walnuts and 2% milk.
naps!
7:30pm: dinner @ sullivan’s: steak tips, grilled onions, spinach, water, 1 guinness, chocolate cake with ice cream, 2 slices of break.
