5:10am: 1/4 cup black coffee

5:45am crossfit: Fight Gone Bad, elite weight, scored 255; 1 bottle Pure Sport

8:00am breakfast: 2 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos on corn tortillas, 1 cup black coffee

snack: 6 cinnamon-honey-cappuccino almonds, 1 container of Yoplait Cranberry Raspberry yogurt

lunch: chicken poblano soup, garden salad with vegetables and tofu

3:30pm snack: 1 small piece of chocolate cake that magically appeared at my desk :D

4:30pm snack: 1 string cheese

5:30pm 24cycle

dinner: 10 bonless bbq chicken strips (not breaded), 1 salad with chicken and avocado, 2tbsp ranch dressing

6:45am crossfit: 40 pull-ups, 40 ring dips, 20 burpees, 30 kb swings (24kg), 40 squats, 30 kb swings, 20 burpees, 40 pull-ups, 40 ring dips.  time ended at 13 pull-ups and 10 ring dips.  1 bottle pure sport.

9:00am breakfast: 2 popeye tacos (sauteed spinach, scrambled egg and queso fresco) with medium salsa; 1 cup black coffee; 10oz water.

morning snack: 1 apple, 1 cheese stick

lunch: 6oz beef, asparagus, garden salad with a bunch of vegetables; 10 oz water

5:30pm 24cycle:  1 bottle Pure Sport

8:30pm dinner:  mixed grill, garden salad, 1 glass red wine

7:00am 24cycle: 50-minute class, 1 bottle Pure Sport

9:30am Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, 2 cups chocolate milk

lunch: texadelphia hickory cheesesteak, twisty fries… yeah today’s a cheat day

afternoon snack: 1 apple, 1 cheese stick, 6 almonds

dinner: 2 cups chicken tortilla soup.

way too much makers and water!

10:15am Morning snack 2: 1 container Yo Plus Cranberry Raspberry yogurt

12:00pm Lunch: Pei Wei Spicy Chicken Salad; 16 oz. mandarin orange tea

Afternoon snack: 1 apple, 1 stick string cheese, 12 honey-cappuccino-cinnamon almonds

5:30pm 24cycle: 45-minute spin class, 1 bottle Pure Sport

6:30pm Rogue quality workout: diagonal 200s at 5k pace (maintained :52 average for all 10), 1 mile cooldown. 1 bottle Pure Sport Recovery.

Dinner: mixed green salad with chicken, soy beans, celery, broccoli, soy nuts, carrots, and balsamic; 1 whiskey root beer, 1 vodka tonic :D
