2010 Synopsis

The 2009 page was all about races and results. Let’s expand on that some and not only list the races, but start listing out some goals to achieve for 2010.

Goals

These are being developed, so they’re going to change here and there… follow along!

Short-term (3 months, 1Q 2010)

  1. Spend 3-5 hours per week on personal and professional development.
  2. Get back in the pool and do CFE swim workouts at least once per week.

Medium-term (6 months, 1H 2010)

Long-term (12 months, end of 2010)
