woke up at 11:15am with a horrible hangover.  meh.

12:00pm: teach spin @ pure austin.

2:00pm: lunch @ whole foods: 2 slices pizza, 1/4 lb brisket, some berries, a small mimosa, and one beer (we were there for a long time).

7:00pm: 1 fillet of salmon and steamed vegetables.  water.  a few spoonfuls of dark chocolate gelato.
