woke up at 7:45am.

8:30am: crossfit UTB

10:30am: breakfast @ magnolia: 1 three alarm taco with avocado, 1 whole wheat chocolate chip pancake.  water.

12:00pm – 4:00pm: Pure Austin Expo @ Quarry Lake… various fruit, a smoothie sample, 1/2 ice cream sandwich, water.

8:30pm: dinner @ 219 west: 4 mini burgers and fries… a couple drinks.

some more drinks at the bars… good times.

Today’s WOD

  • crossfit UTB: with a partner, 2 rounds of frog jump (about 25), run (200m), push press @ 45lb (about 25), sumo deadlift high pull (about 25), med ball slams (6lb ball, about 25).
  • pure austin expo fitness challenge… pull-ups to failure: 20.
