didn’t go to sleep… just stayed up for an early flight.

5:00am (pacific time): breakfast burrito, coffee.

1:00pm (central time): giant salad with chicken and a bunch of vegetables, mixed berries, green tea.

naps.

5:00pm: spark and arganine extreme into water.  muscle strength.

6:00pm: teach spin @ pure.

9:00pm: dinner @ saba (which i ordered around 8:15, and it didn’t show up until 9).  mahi-mahi, sweet potatoes, some plantains.  2 drinks.  water.
