woke up at 6:30am.

7:00am: breakfast: berries, small croissant sandwich with ham and cheese, yogurt, muffin, coffee.

10:00am: coffee, turkey jerky, assorted seeds, nuts with chocolate chips.

11:45am: lunch: meat and vegetables, salad.  iced tea and water.

3:00pm: water, rice krispy treats dipped in chocolate.

6:15pm: sugar free rockstar.  crossfit.

9:00pm: salad, skirt steak tacos, 1 makers-water, 2 cachaca with crushed berries, water.

a couple night clubs and a bunch of drinks later… hangover.

Today’s WOD

  • run to and from crossfit las vegas. 40-30-20-10 24″ box jumps and extreme range of motion ring pushups.  14:37.
