woke up at 5:50am.
6:00am: spark and arganine extreme into water. muscle strength.
6:15am: catalyst.
6:45am: crossfit WOD.
8:45am: eggs, chicken apple breakfast sausage, salsa, black coffee.
1:00pm: lunch from Tino’s: chicken plate with 1 slice pita bread, tabouli, chicken, tzadiki sauce, salad, mixed vegetables. mint green tea.
3:00pm: zone perfect bar.
5:00pm: spark and arganine extreme into water.
6:00pm: teach spin @ pure austin.
8:00pm: dinner @ z tejas: chicken sandwich with avocado, a few french fries, a side salad, 2 margaritas.

- crossfit: 3 rounds of sit-ups, kettlebell clean to squat, 400m run; 21-18-15, 15-12-9, 9-6-3. 25:00. i suck at cleans and used the light kettlebell :-\
