woke up at 5:50am.
6:00am: spark and arganine extreme into water, muscle strength.
6:20am: catalyst.
6:45am: crossfit WOD.
8:00am: 2 bacon, egg, avocado, and potato breakfast tacos (the potato magically appeared… i didn’t order it :-\). 1 bowl of melon, grapes, pineapple. water.
10:15am: 1 cup black coffee.
11:00am: buffalo jerky, almonds, dried cranberries. water.
12:15pm: lunch @ trudy’s – mixed grill: chicken, jalenpeno sausage, onion, lettuce, guacamole. iced tea. small amount of chips+salsa.
3:00pm: buffalo jerky, almonds, dried cranberries. 1 cup black coffee.
5:00pm: almonds and dried cranberries. water.
6:00pm: spark and arganine extreme into water, muscle strength.
6:30pm: catalyst.
7:00pm: Zach’s spin class @ pure.
8:30pm: 1/2 lb brisket, big ass salad with mixed greens, spinach, onions, sunflower seeds, celery, jalepenos, zucchini, carrots, garlic vinaigrette dressing. some mocha java milk, water.
