woke up at 6:45am… back to Alamo CrossFit! rest day — just did some drills and some running in the cert.
7:15am: 1 cup black coffee.
8:30am: 1 sausage, egg, and cheese and 1 bacon, egg, and cheese taco from rudy’s.
10:30am: buffalo jerky, dried mango, almonds. water.
12:45pm: 1 fuji apple chicken salad from panera bread. water.
2:30pm: buffalo jerky, dried cranberries, almonds. water.
3:00pm – 4:15pm: almonds and water on the drive home.
4:30pm: catalyst. water.
7:30pm: shaved filet mingon, spinach, grillen onions, 1 small piece of salmon with pesto, mixed greens, 2 makers and water. 1 brownie with vanilla ice cream. water.
