woke up at 6am, soreness set into my hip flexors and calves, but felt better today than yesterday.

6:05am: spark and arganine extreme, muscle strength.

6:15am: catalyst.

6:45am: i am crossfit WOD with Aaron, Brian, and Sam.

8:15am: 3 eggs scrambled with potatoes, bell peppers, onions, sausage, and salsa.  orange juice.

10:45am: 2 cups black coffee, turkey jerky, dried cranberries, and almonds.

12:30pm: lunch @ pei wei: 1/2 bowl of hot & sour soup, 1/2 plate of chicken lettuce wraps.

4:20pm: turkey jerky, almonds, dried cranberries.

6:00pm: nap!

8:30pm: pizza, guinness, water.

Today’s WOD

  • Barbara: 38:13 total, 4:16, 5:18, 5:32, 5:21, 5:44.  pull-ups and push-ups started getting difficult, squats were slower than normal.
