woke up at 7:45am.

8:10am: black coffee.  3 catalyst.

8:30am: crossfit workshop.

11:45am:  1 cup black coffee.

12:45pm: migas with corn tortillas, 1 chocolate chip pancake, coffee, water.

5:00pm: 3 catalyst, beef jerky, macadamia nuts, nuun.

8:00pm: 10 oz new york strip, 5 small potato wedges, 3 pieces of bread, creamed spinach, 2 glasses of wine.  3 glasses of water.

9:20pm: nuun.
