I Am CrossFit week 2 group workout

I thought it might be a good idea to get a smallish group of those who are participating in the I Am CrossFit challenge together to get one of the group workouts in.  I did with 2 friends last week, and it was fun, so I wanted to expand it.

Thursday, 1/15, at 6:45am, we’ll meet at UT’s Clark Field to do week 2′s workout 2:

Level 1:
150 Sit Ups
100 Lunges
75 Dips
50 Vertical Jumps

Level 2:
75 Sit ups
50 Lunges
35 Dips
25 Vertical jumps
*Vertical jump as high as you can

If I have the presence of mind to bring a camera, I might even post a photo or two.

Update:

Workout complete!  It wasn’t as cold out as it was Wednesday morning, and everyone got a great workout in.
