woke up at 6 after not sleeping too well… also didn’t have the coffee ready when I left the house, so no coffee or food before crossfit for me.
6:45am: CrossFit WOD, no food, some water.
8:45am: 22oz pure sport recovery
10:00am: 2 jess’ special tacos (diced onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, tortilla chips and cheese with fresh sliced avocado), 2 cups black coffee.
11:00am: 1 bacon and egg taco, water.
1:15pm: 1 spinach salad with onion, bell pepper, and tri-tip, roasted pepper dressing.
2:35pm: 1 small slice of coworkers birthday cake
5:00pm: 1oz beef jerky and 9 mrs may crunch pieces.
5:45pm: double shot of espressso
6:00pm: teach pure cycle, 1 bottle pure sport. 1 bottle pure sport recovery after class at 7:15.
8:30pm: mini southwest sliders at 219 west, 2 fireman’s #4
10:00pm: 1 makers and water
11:00pm: home. bed. run and WOD tomorrow!

when is the first time you ate? 10am???
