woke up 8:15am after an 11-hour sleep… felt way better today than yesterday.

9:30am: 1 cup black coffee

10:00am: 1 zone perfect bar

12:00pm: 1 spinach salad, some roasted pepper dressing, two chopped beef tacos with bell peppers, onions, and hot salsa. Water. 2 squares lindt 85% dark chocolate (110 calories, 9g fat, 10mg sodium, 4g carbs, 2g protein).

3:00pm: 1 zone bar, water.

4:30pm: 1 pint of Fireman’s #4.

6:00pm: 1 bottle pure sport workout.  Taught spin at pure austin… felt much better after.

7:30pm: 1 spinach salad with chopped beef, onion, and a little dressing; 1 glass red wine.

8:30pm: 2 tri-tip tacos with bbq sauce, 2 glasses red wine.
