5:45am crossfit: fun with barbells: 17:23, 1 accelgel, 1 bottle of water
7:30am breakfast: 2 bacon, egg, cheese breakfast tacos on wheat tortillas, 1 cup black coffee
10:00am snack: 1 string cheese, some almonds
12:00pm lunch: mixed field green salad with vinagerette dressing and some grilled chicken, iced tea
3:00pm snack: some almonds
5:30pm 24cycle: taught 2 classes, my normal class was full, the 6:30 I ended up subbing had 20 people… made it through with water, but really needed a gel at some point!
8:20pm dinner: Zen Hibachi bowl with brown rice, water
