breakfast: 1 cup black coffee — intermittent fasting

no snack

12:30pm lunch: rudy’s 1/4 turkey, 1 link jalepeno sausage, small creamed corn, 1 unsweet tea

snack: string cheese, 8 almonds

6:30pm 24cycle: 1 bottle Pure Sport, 1 AccelGel

dinner: king ranch casserole, sweet potatoes, corn, pomegranite berry juice, some austin cream pie (bad, I know)
