5:15am: 1 glass water

5:45am crossfit: 1/2 murph, 22:08; 1 bottle pure sport

8:00am breakfast: 1 Santa Fe wrap from Einstein’s; 1 cup black coffee

snack: 1 sesame bagel with honey almond spread

lunch: 2 cowboy tacos from Tacodeli

snack: string cheese, 8 almonds

5:30pm 24cycle: 1 bottle of pure sport

dinner: 2 slices of pepperoni and spinach pizza (bad, i know); 1 bottle iced green tea
