8:45am snack: 1 apple
10:30am breakfast: 2 spinach, bacon, egg, cheese breakfast tacos on corn tortillas; 1 cup black coffee
12:30pm lunch: chicken salad with a bunch of other vegetables and mango; 1 iced tea (unsweet); 2 small pieces of bread
3:45pm snack: 1/2 giant apple; 1 string cheese; 8 almonds
7:00pm pure cycle: 1 bottle pure sport
8:15pm some pull-ups, and then a crapload of jump roping in an attempt to figure out how to do a double under…
9:00pm dinner: 1/4 lb london broil, 1/2 cup orange mashed yams, 1/2 cup various squash; 1 iced green tea
