5:10am: 1/4 cup black coffee
5:45am crossfit: Fight Gone Bad, elite weight, scored 255; 1 bottle Pure Sport
8:00am breakfast: 2 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos on corn tortillas, 1 cup black coffee
snack: 6 cinnamon-honey-cappuccino almonds, 1 container of Yoplait Cranberry Raspberry yogurt
lunch: chicken poblano soup, garden salad with vegetables and tofu
3:30pm snack: 1 small piece of chocolate cake that magically appeared at my desk
4:30pm snack: 1 string cheese
5:30pm 24cycle
dinner: 10 bonless bbq chicken strips (not breaded), 1 salad with chicken and avocado, 2tbsp ranch dressing


I think that writing down what you eat is crucial for changing what you eat. Maybe one of these days I’ll be willing to actually write it down too!
