5:30am breakfast: whole wheat bread with dark chocolate almond butter; mixed berries and pineapple; 1 cup black coffee

7:30am begin LIVESTRONG challenge 65 mile route (wheel time 3:36, 17.5mph average):

Had 2 bottles Pure Sport, 2 bottles water, 3 AccelGels, 1/2 PBJ, 2 orange slices, 2 sportbeans

1:30pm lunch: 2 beef tacos, garden salad, 1 slice pepperoni pizza, 2 tbsp refried beans; 1 bottle water; 1 coke; 1/2 chocolate chip cookie

3:30pm nap!

6:00pm snack: mixed berries and pineapple, some pepperjack blocks, 25g dark mint chocolate

7:30pm dinner: chicken fajitas with a ton of veggies; iced tea
