Breakfast: Omelet with spinach, bacon, swiss cheese, a little sour cream on top that I scraped off; home fries; 2 cups of black coffee.
Snacks throughout a long drive: sunflower seeds, probably about 4 tbsp; XXX vitamin water.
Dinner: A Cuban wrap from Hugo’s in LA: (grilled chicken breast with chipotle sauce, fried plantains, goat cheese, organic mixed greens, tomatoes, and grilled red onions in a spinach tortilla); some french fries; 1 cup of black coffee, water.
