Airplanes and rushing to the airport in the morning… Long Beach has bad food.

breakfast: 1 Yoplait Cherry yogurt; 1 blackberry danish; 1 water.

lunch: chicken ancho salad from Freebird’s; honey-mint green tea.

crossfit: 3 rounds for time of 400m run, 21 jumping air squats, 12 in-and-outs in 9:52; core work.

dinner: 2 cups buffalo chili; .25lb of raw broccoli and grilled tofu.
